Project details
Waterloo Mansions is a Grade II listed building dating back to the 1830s located on Dover's historic seafront. The terraces, which are now residential apartments, form part of the Port of Dover’s asset holdings.
Due to deterioration of both external and internal elements of the building, significant refurbishment works were required. This included undertaking repairs to the mansard roof and parapet walls, refurbishment of dormer windows, flat roof remedial works, upgrades to surface water drainage, and renewal of ironmongery and other heritage features.
