Project details
This project involved the renovation and repurposing of an existing office block into modern, high-specification offices. Timber Square delivered 380,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across two interconnected buildings, complemented by retail units and a vibrant public realm designed to enhance pedestrian routes in the area.
As a pioneering net-zero office development, Timber Square aimed to retain 85% of the existing structure and embracing a range of modern construction methods.

We provided quantity surveying services throughout the construction phase, including:
- Attending monthly progress meetings
- Procuring subcontractors and materials
- Preparing Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs)
- Preparing applications for payment and valuations for subcontractors
- Reviewing and submitting monthly invoices to the client
- Agreeing the final account
