Project details
This project involved the construction of new student accommodation in the heart of Leeds, within walking distance of the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University.
The works began with the demolition of the former flagship House of Fraser department store, making way for a new 10-storey mixed-use development. The scheme delivered 2,855 m² of commercial floor space across the basement and ground floors, 369 student bedrooms (166 ensuites and 203 studios), 1,064 m² of external roof terrace space, and 668 m² of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) amenity areas.
