Project details
This project involved the refurbishment of an endoscopy unit within a live hospital environment. The works involved full strip-out of the existing ward, installation of new mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, and all associated building and structural works.
We collaborated closely with our client, CBRE, and the hospital trust to ensure the seamless delivery of this high-value hospital ward while maintaining the safety and functionality of the live hospital environment. The NHS trust was satisfied with the quality of the scheme, and CBRE successfully delivered the project within budget.
