Tom is a chartered quantity surveyor with 9 years of experience in the construction industry across diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, nuclear, highways, aviation, rail infrastructure, and waterways infrastructure projects. He has worked for both contractors and consultants, providing a well-rounded perspective on project delivery and commercial management.

With over three and a half years specialising in dispute resolution, Tom has developed significant expertise in quantum analysis for large-scale construction disputes valued up to USD 1 billion. He has contributed to independent expert reports across multiple dispute resolution forums, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and expert determination proceedings. His experience spans projects across the Middle East, Europe and the UK.

Tom’s quantity surveying background includes substantial experience with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, with expertise in procurement, cost management, payment assessment, variation assessment, and risk management. He has successfully delivered projects for major clients including the Environment Agency and Highways England.
