About Paul Bettis

Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on projects ranging from high-rise residential blocks and purpose-built student accommodation to government buildings and large infrastructure schemes in the civil and rail sectors.

Paul has undertaken both pre- and post-contract management, utilising the NEC and JCT suites of contract, as well as client-specific bespoke forms. He is the main point of contact for some of our key clients (contractors and developers) and tailors his approach to meet each project’s requirements. Drawing on his experience, from live project work to preparing independent assessments for adjudications, Paul successfully provides commercial support to close out contentious projects with strategic contractual advice to optimise recovery.

Paul excels in guiding our apprentices as they enter the quantity surveying profession and acts as a supervisor, counsellor and assessor for those undertaking their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
