About Jack Alexander

Jack is an experienced quantity surveyor with over 15 years in the construction industry. He has worked extensively in pre-contract and post-contract roles for clients and contractors across aviation, residential, civils and utilities projects. He has developed an in-depth knowledge of NEC, JCT and bespoke forms of contract.

Over the past five years, Jack has gained extensive experience in the aviation sector working alongside Manchester Airport Group. He is currently managing procurement strategies for the Capital Delivery team at Stansted Airport for their five-year plan, while also supporting the delivery of building, civils, and mechanical and electrical projects valued from £100,000 to £40 million using NEC forms of contract.

While at SOCOTEC, Jack has also worked in the dispute resolution sector, aiding experts in the preparation of quantum reports on major international arbitrations.
