About Harry Billingsley

Harry is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has specialised in high-end commercial, sports, residential and pharmaceutical projects, including the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Wimbledon Court 1 redevelopment and the AstraZeneca Discovery Centre.

Harry’s experience spans all stages of the project life cycle, from bidding to settling final accounts. He has delivered commercial management across a broad range of subcontract disciplines, on projects valued up to £1.3 billion. While working on live projects, Harry has collaborated with legal teams on contract close out and disputes. He has successfully managed conflict avoidance related to extension of time and disruption claims and has been involved in resolving unjust enrichment disputes.

Harry has acted as an assistant to the lead expert witness on a number of commissions, handling claims ranging from £600,000 to £30 million. His responsibilities have included compiling quantum analyses and drafting of expert reports.
