Grant is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent with over 10 years of experience delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across the UK and New Zealand. He combines strong commercial and contract management expertise with a specialist focus on construction disputes, claims, and contractual advisory services.

With significant experience in claims and dispute resolution, Grant advises on contractor claims, variations, and extensions of time, assessing both entitlement and quantum against contractual provisions and records across projects in the UK and the Middle East. He is also experienced in negotiating final accounts and resolving disputed commercial positions.

Grant has led the commercial and contractual delivery of projects with a combined value in excess of £130 million under JCT, NEC and NZS3910 forms of contract. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, including procurement strategy, tender management and evaluation, contract preparation and negotiation, cost reporting, risk management and contract administration.
