Gill has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, having initially provided quantity surveying services across London and the South East of England before specialising in dispute resolution over the last five years.

In her dispute resolution work, Gill has supported mediation, arbitration, and advisory appointments across Europe and the Middle East. Her experience includes a complex, high-value arbitration arising from the development of an airport in the Middle East. She has a strong track record in undertaking detailed forensic quantum analyses and assisting in the preparation of expert witness and advisory reports.

Throughout her career as a quantity surveyor, Gill has worked on new build, design and build, refurbishment, and planned maintenance projects across the retail, commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and leisure sectors. She has delivered commercial support on projects valued at up to £13 million and was responsible for budget planning, cost management, and overall commercial oversight.
