About Eleanor Zdziebczok

Eleanor has nearly 15 years of experience working across various sectors and on complex expert witness appointments. She has worked on-site on education and healthcare projects valued from £50,000 up to £4 million and has assisted on larger projects valued at £20 million as well as master planning exercises. Eleanor has significant experience in refurbishment and has regularly carried out mechanical and electrical surveying on projects of a technical nature, such as laboratories and scanners. 

Having managed projects from feasibility through to final account, Eleanor has experience in cost reporting at all stages. She has been responsible for procurement, advising on contract selection, managing the tender process, and preparing and overseeing programmes. She has also prepared detailed written reports on various topics, including pre-qualification questionnaire returns, procurement options, and dilapidations. 

Working on forensic expert witness commissions, Eleanor has been engaged on numerous complex, high-value international arbitrations. In these appointments, she has acted as lead quantum analyst, supporting the expert witness by analysing data, preparing reports and joint statements, and preparing for and briefing counsel during hearings. She has also worked on a large number of litigated insurance claims arising from highway works in the UK. Eleanor has recently been appointed as the named expert on residential property disputes.
